New Zealand Shipping Rates

$5.00 for Auckland Metro delivery.
$7.00 for Rest of NZ delivery.

Orders are packed in Auckland. We aim to pack your order within 1-2 business days. We use NZ Post for most domestic deliveries. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days. You will receive an email with tracking details when your shipping label has been generated.

Australia Shipping Rates

$9.90 nationwide - 2 to 6 business day delivery timeframe, depending on delivery address. 
$15.00 for Express Delivery - 1 to 3 business day delivery timeframe, depending on delivery address.

Orders ship from Melbourne, Victoria. We aim to pack your order within 1-2 business days. Please note that most deliveries will be sent with Australia Post.

In some circumstances, we may need to send your order from New Zealand. In this case, we use NZ Post. When the parcel arrives in Australia, AUSPost is responsible for delivering your parcel. We will notify you if this is the case and provide an estimate for delivery timelines. 

International Shipping Rates

NZ$40 flat rate.

Please note that you are responsible for any VAT, tariffs, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc. required by your country for importing goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
